Beginning at an iron pipe on the northerly line of a 33 foot private
road known es "North View Drive", 540 feet westerly and then southwest-
,. erly and then again westerly along said line from the easterly boundary
line of land of the parties of the first part, being the southwesterly
corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to the party of
the second part by deed dated May 7, 1955 and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 1, 1955 in Liber 3897 of Deeds at
page 05; from said point of beginning running along said northerly line
of "North View Drive", S. 800 00' W. 90,0 feet; thence along other land
of the parties of the first part, N. 190 30' W. 320 feet, more or less,
to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence easterly along
said high water mark, 90 feet, more or less, to said land of the party
of the second part; thence along said land of the party of the second
part and passing through an iron pipe, S. 190 30' E. 320 feet, more or
less, to the po].nt of beginning.
