State of New York, (formorly residing at 412 Carpenter Street,
Greonport, New York),

both residing at Rocky Point Road, in the Hamlet of East Marlon,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now York,

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,sauate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of East Marion, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the promises herein
to be described at a point on the eaatorly lino of Rocky Point Road
adjoining land of Andrew Dzenkowski; running thence along said
easterly line of Rocky Point Road, N. 70 05' 2011 Ws Five Hundred
five and sixty-six hundredths (505.66) foot to a point fifty (50)
foot southerly from the southwesterly corner of land of Edwin H.
King; theme along land of Norman A. Sill and Julia Sill, his wife,
two courses, as follows:
(1) N. 820 54' 4011 E. 336.48 foot; thence
(2) N. 890 57' 40" E. 1144.32 foot to land now or formorly of
Howard Clark; thence along last descriood land S. 100 46, E.
five hundred Fifty-nine and fifty-five hundrodths (559.55) foot
to a monument and land of said Andrew Dzenkowski; thence along said
land of Andrew Dzenkowski, two courses, as follows:
(1) N. 880 161 20" W. 1051.40 foot; thence
(2) S. 860 49' 20" W. 470.1 foot to the point of beginning. Con-
taining eighteen and one hundrod oighty-coven thousands (16.167)
acres within said bounds.
SUBJECT to the rights of Town of Southold in two highways
crossing said promises and known as Cedar Drive and Southorn
Boulevard.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to said Rocky Point Road abutting the
premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to the oasoment rights, if any, of the Now York
Telephone Company and Long Island Lighting Company.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same promises convoyed by
Herman A. Sill and Julia Sill, his wifo, to Andrew T. Dzonkowski
by deed dated December 1, 1947 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Libor 2780 of Deeds at page 323 on Ducomber 29
1447.
