Westerly by lands of Tisdale
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by
Edwin H. King to H. Chester Swezey by deed dated August 29, 1953 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 25, 1953 in
Liber 3585 of deeds at Page 294 and described therein as Parcel III.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by
H. Chester Swezey to Ladrhic Co., Inc, by deed dated September 25,
1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Septernber 25,
