northerly line of land of Terry Brothers; running thence along said
easterly line of land of Ansel V. Young and A. George Rowe, the same
being along the average line of a fence, north 11. 261 West 1454.30
feet to the ordinary high water nark of Long Island Sound; running
thence easterly, southerly an.1 southeasterly respectively along said
high water nark of Long Island Sound to the westerly line of Land of

BEGINNING at the southwest corner thereof at the point of
intersection of the northerly side of Main Road with the easterly side of land
of Grant E. Beckett; running thence along land last mentioned the
