Being end intended to be the same promisee conveyed to Felicia E. Benton by
the following two deeds: (1) Deed from Harrison B. Wright doted August 22nd, 1951,
and recorded In Suffolk 0suntY Mart Office on August 23, 1951, in Llber 3254 of
Deeds at Page 564; (2) Deed ?4*m M. Warren Benton dated September 7, 1946, and re-
