does hereby Grant and release unto the partes of the second part,
their heirs and assijrts forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of
land, situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of
uffolk and State of New York and bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Shipyard Lane, which point is
the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the south-
westerly corner of lands conveyed to the parties of the second part by the
party of the first part by deed dated January 13, 1956 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 4063 of deeds at page 511; running
thence easterly along the southerly line of other lands of the parties of the
second part to the westerly line of lands now or formerly of Joseph
Cherepowicz; running thence southerly along the westerly line of Joseph
Cherepowicz to a point which point is distant 10 feet southerly from the
northerly line of the premises herein described, measured at right angles
thereto; running thence westerly along other lands of the larty of the first
part to a point on the easterly line of Shipyard Lane distant 3 feet southerly
from the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described, measured
at right angles thereto; running thence northerly along the easterly line of
Shipyard Lane to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the party
of the first part and Hilda N. Bohlke by deed dated January 30, 1946 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2525 of deeds at page
