being the northeasterly corner of land of Bennie Wysocki and Cecelia
Wysocki; running thence along the last described land, north 64 degree
19 minutes west 172.49 feet to a concrete monument and land if Fred
W. Latham; thence along said land of Fred W. Latham, north 32 degrees
44 minutes 50 seconds east 45.35 feet to land formerly of Julia Vail;
thence along said land formerly of Julia Vail, north 31 degrees 50
minutes 40 seconds east 30.09 feet; thence along other land, formerly
