BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Neil L. Car ;o and Lorraine Carto his wife, by Frank S. Thorp and wife by deed dated October 1953, and recorded October 8th, 1953 in Liber 3592 of Deeds at page 1T+9 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County. The conveyance hereunder is subject to certain mortgages executed y Neil L. Carto and Lorraine Carto as mortgagors to the Peoples National Bank of Greenport , N.Y. and The North Fork Bank and Trust Company as mortgagees which mortgages are dated November 23 , 1953 and December 20 1954, respectively, and recorded in Liber 2149 of Mortgages at page 12 and Liber 2330 of Mortgages at page 496, respectively, in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County and on which mortgages, as . consolidated and extended by agreement dated December 20, 1954 and recorded in Yblume 2330 of mortgages at page 493 in said County Clerk' Office, there is now due the sum of S 6 fof. /8 with interest at 5% from the 20th day of May, 1957 and that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
