Ingegno last revised April 5, 2001, is beyond the jurisdiction of Article 25 (Tidal Wetlands). Enclosed you will find a revised SITE PLAN and new construction drawings of an accessory building and swimming pool at the Gleason residence. You may recall that our original building permit application included accessory structures located within the side yard, as defined in the zoning code. We eliminated those accessory structures in order to expedite the permit for the main house. The current SITE PLAN shows that the proposed accessory structures are not in the defined side yard. The original Health Department approval included a separate sanitary system for the accessory building. Note that the accessory building, comprised of a pool house, storage barn and greenhouse, will be a non-heated structure with a seasonal use.
