All signs shall meet Southold Town Zoning Codes and shall be subject to approval of the Southold Town Building Inspector. 2. All handicap parking stalls and access aisles must comply with New York State Code and ADA reqwrements. The Planning Board held a work session on April 3, 2006 and discussed the as built conditions of the site described above. The Planning Board is unable to recommend a Certificate of Occupancy or issue a site plan satisfaction letter at this time. The site work does not match the approved site plan dated July 12, 1995. We request that you submit to the Planning Department an as-built site plan detailing the changes.
