Recommendation: That the Planning Board considers a SEQRA Type II Review Action at the February 13, 2006 meeting. Attachments:a1-a3 . The Cottages at Mattituck (CDC-Factory Avenue) 1000-122-2-23.1 (AT) The property is located on the south side of Sound Avenue and the west side of Factory Avenue in Mattituck. Proposal is for an affordable housing development consisting of 24 lots and 12 accessory apartments on an approximately 7.4-acre site. -Planning Board to initiate review of project; update the Planning Board on the status of project; consider comments to the Town Board regarding the change of zone Conservation Subdivision of Orchard Street Farms 1000-25-4-11.8 (AT) The parcel is located on the northwest corner of King Street and Old Farm Road and the south side of Orchard Street in Orient. Proposal is for a Cluster Conservation Subdivision to subdivide a 15. 51-acre parcel into 3 lots, where lot 1 equals 13.499 acres upon which 12.459 acres is proposed to be preserved through the application of a Conservation Easement, Lot 2 equals 1.006 acres and Lot 3 equals 1.007 acres. -Planning staff recommends issuing a Negative Declaration at the meeting on February 13, 2006 Other Al!enda Items: I.
