Located on the nlslo Ackerly Pond Road and the wls/o NYS Route 25 in South old -Planning Board to review the Covenants and Restrictions for the project; staff to recommend revisions/additions to the C & R's; update the Planning Board on the status of the project Other Al!enda Items: I.
