Status: Requires approval from Building Department, Town Engineer, LWRP, SC Planning and SCHDS. Recommendation: The Planning Board votes on accepting the revised site plan and authorizes the site planner to refer it out. Attachments: none RECEIVED MAR 6_ . Bedell Cellars Expansion SCTM# 1000-97 -1-25.1 Action: Review of site plan for final approval. Status: Received a certificate of occupancy request letter. Recommendation: The Planning Board authorizes the chairperson to sign the site plan satisfaction letter on the amended site plan approved 10/5/04. Attachments: a-1 . Guild (wholesale Greenhouse) SCTM# 1000-68-4-19 Action: Review new revised site plan and update on status. Status: Pending submission of additional information to the Building Department and possibly a ZBA appeal. The applicant was notified by letter about the missing items on 2/28/06. Project will be on hold until the applicant submits information Recommendation: None at this time. Attachments: none . Osprey Dominion Conservatory SCTM# 1000-75-1-20.1 Action: Review of new amended site plan application. Status: Received on 2/22/06 and pending PB decision. Recommendation: The Planning Board accepts the application and allows staff to start the process with referrals. Attachments: none . Premiun Wine Group SCTM# 1000-121-6-1 Action: Update on site plan application. Status: Pending final certification from the Building Inspector, Town Engineers comments and SCDHS approval. Recommendation: That the PB considers a SEQRA Type Unlisted Coordinated action and assumes lead agency at the March 13, 2006 meeting. Additionally, the PB considers setting the public hearing at the March 13 meeting for April 1 0, 2006 pending receipt of the Building Inspectors Certification. Attachments: none . Status: Pending receipt of NYSDOT approval, BD Certification, Town Engineers comments, final ARC, SCDHS, NYS DEC, SPEDES and LWRP comments. Recommendation: That the PB considers a SEORA Type Unlisted Coordinated action and assumes lead agency at the March 13,2006 meeting. Attachments: none .
