However, the following items have not been completed: 1) Topsoil and Seedin~ - Due to the time of the year, seed germination will not be evident until the Spring of 1989. This portion of the bond estimate could be re-bonded until approval is determined. 2) Street Signs The bond estimate calls for three signs (1 street sign; i stop sign; I dead end sign/. Mr. Breslin has ordered the street sign through the Southold Highway Depart- ment (see letter attached), however, the other 2 signs have not been installed, as of this date. 3) Concrete Monuments - An as-built map, signed and sealed by a licensed surveyor, showing locations of the five required concrete monuments, must be submitted.
