RE: Your inquiry in reference to Elijah's Lane Affordable Housing Subdivision SCTM# 1000-108-4-7.2 Your File #4974 Dear Mr. Olsen: The Planning Board has reviewed your letter of May 15, 1991, regarding the above mentioned subdivision. The subdivision has been approved by the Planning Board, and, as per the Town Assessor's records, it has been filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office. The Planning Board did not receive notification from the County that the map was filed. Therefore, you must check with either the Tax Assessor's office or the County Clerk's office for the filing information. Mr. Aliperti, the owner of Elijah's Lane Section 2 and Section 3, is responsible for constructing the road to Elijah's Lane. There is a current bond for construction of the road. However, neither subdivision has received final approval. Rachael's Road does not extend as far as Lot #3. Therefore, until this road is constructed by Mr. Aliperti, Lot #3 does not have direct access to Elijah's Lane.
