Dear Mr. Cron:
After review of the above captioned proposal, December 5,
1983, the fOllowing action was taken.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the
sketch plan of James W. Dawson Cluster Proposal to the Southold
Town Board for their approval regarding the location of this
proposed cluster development, upon receipt of three copies of
the sketch map and an accurate metes and bounds description of
the property.
Please forward the above for our referral to the Town Board.

The Southald Town Board at their regular meeting held on
February 14, 1984 adopted the following resolutions:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold
has considered the property of laurel Estates, located at laurel,
New York, and hereby authorizes the Planning Board to consider
said property as being developed in the cluster concept.
RESOLVED that the Town Board af the Town of Southold
has considered the property of James W. Dawson at Bayview,
Southold, New York, and hereby authorizes the Planning Board
to consider said property as being developed in the cluster concept.
