Survey of January 16, 1986 that Wetlands on parcel are regulated by Town Code. Habitat surrounding the marsh areas on the parcel is very diverse and the cluster concept seems tailor-made to this parcel if these diverse areas can be left intact with their adjoining wetlands habitats. The surveys designated "Marsh/Wetlands" areas seem accurate from the perspective of a person walking the parcel and any construction wii:hin 75' of areas so designated would require a "Wetlands" Permit or waiver under that code. \ . . .,... ....
