Dear Mr. Wickham:
The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting on April 5,
1978, reviewed the proposed subdivision plat entitled "Minor Subdivision-Joanne
Schwartz" referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk County Charter.
After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve said map subject to the
following changes that are deemed necessary to help protect the adjoining bodies
of water and Main Road:
1. Access to all lots shall be restricted to a single point on Main Road,
preferably at the location of the present driveway.
2. All stormwater runoff created by the development or improvement of the
lots shall be retained on the site by adequate drainage structures and
shall not be directly discharged into Dam Pond or allowed to flow out
onto Main Road.
3. No sanitary disposal facility shall be constructed or installed within
100 feet of Dam Pond, Long Island Sound or Orient Harbor.

Dear Mr. Price:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board at a regular meeting held February 14, 1978.
RESOLVED to approve the sketch map of the minor subdivision
of Joanne Schwartz as amended January 26, 1978, subject to the
building setback line ending at approximately the ten-foot contour
on lot #1.
You will recall the Board requested covenants and restrictions
as to no further subdivision of the lots and that ingress and
egress for lot #3 be limited to the right-of-way. A statement
should be placed on the map indicating same.
Submit the application in duplicate along with the fee of
$10 per lot, six copies of the map and a legal description of the
property. When I have received same, this matter can be set for
a pUblic hearing.
