The following actions were taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, May 10, 1982:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself lead
aqency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in
the matter of the minor subdivision of Jerome E. & M. Dorothy Bloom,
located at East Marion. An initial determination of nonsignificance
has been made.

RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set off
(106-13) on the property of Jerome E. & M. Dorothy Bloom, located at
East Marion, as designated on the minor subdivision map dated October
20, 1981 and amended December 7, 1981, subject to the following con-
ditions within six (6) months from date of resolution:
1. Receipt of the filing fee in the amount of $50
2. Receipt of six (6) copies of the final map
3. Applicant receiving approval from the Zoning
Board of Appeals

NEGATIVE DECLARATION
June 15, 1982
Pursuant to Aritcle 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law
state Environmental Quality Review Act and 6NYCRR Part 617, Section
617.10 and Chapter 44 of the Code of the Town of southold, notice is
hereby given that Southold Town Planning Board as lead agency for the
action described below has determined that the project will not have
a significant effect on the environment.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The minor subdivision of Jerome E. & M.Dorothv Bloom is a two-
lot subdivision located at East Marion.
The project has been determined not to have a significant
effect on the environment for the following reasons:
An environmental assessment has been submitted which
indicated that no significant adverse effects to the
environment were likely to occur should the project
be implemented as planned.
Because there has been no response in the allotted time
from the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation it is assumed that there is no objection
nor comments by that agency.
Because there has been no response in the allotted
time from the Suffolk County Department of Health
Services it is assumed that there is no objection nor
comments by that agency.
The project will meet all the requirements of the code of the
Town of Southold Subdivision of Land Regulations.

Dear Mr. Raynor:
I represent Jerome E. and M. Dorothy Bloom, contract vendees of
premises situate at Main Road, East Marion, New York. The premises
under contract are more specifically delineated in a survey prepared
by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., mapped October 20, 1981, amended on
December 7, 1981, six prints of which were hand delivered to Sue Long,
Secretary to the Planning Board, by the undersigned on March 12, 1982,
for the purpose of having this matter appear on the agenda of the
Planning Board at its meeting on March 22, 1982.
In behalf of Dr. and Mrs. Bloom, the undersigned respectfully
requests that the Planning Board treat the division of the premises
as set forth on the maps heretofore submitted as Parcels 1 and 2 as
a set-off pursuant to Section A106-l3 of the Southold Town Zoning
Ord inance.

It is recognized, of course, that if the Planning Board approves
the set-off as requested, it will be necessary to thereafter seek an
area variance from the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals due to

I represent Jerome E. and M. Dorothy Bloom, contract vendees of
premises situate at Main Road, East Marion, New York. The premises
under contract are more specifically delineated in a survey prepared
by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., mapped October 20, 1981, amended on
December 7, 1981, six prints of which were hand delivered to Sue Long,
Secretary to the Planning Board, by the undersigned on March 12, 1982,
for the purpose of having this matter appear on the agenda of the
Planning Board at its meeting on March 22, 1982.
In behalf of Dr. and Mrs. Bloom, the undersigned respectfully
requests that the Planning Board treat the division of the premises
as set forth on the maps heretofore submitted as Parcels 1 and 2 as
a set-off pursuant to Section Al06-l3 of the Southold Town Zoning
Ordinance.
