RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize the
Chairman to endorse the surveys dated and amended July 21, 1987.

In connection with your July 9, 1987 letter (copy enclosed), we submit
herewith six (6) prints of a revised survey, as requested.
I believe the discrepancy you noted with regard to the existing lot
line designated on the survey has been resolved by the deed transfer
of 12/31/87 (a copy of which was provided to you with our letter of
January 6, 1988).
Can we expect this matter to appear on the Board's February 22, 1988
agenda?

Dear Mrs. Moore:
In response to your letter of June 17, 1987, please submit a
revised survey showing the location of the existing and the
new proposed lot lines.
with regard to the survey, our research revealed that the
existing property line shown on the survey that was submitted
with this application does not match with that shown on Town
records; namely, the Tax Assessor's files, the County Tax Maps,
the deed submitted to the Planning Board with the application
for this lot line change and also, the prior approval for
another lot line amendment which affected that of this property
and which the Planning Board granted your client in 1983 under
the name Outback Restorations, Inc.
It would be most helpful if this discrepancy was resolved
so that the Planning Board can proceed with its review of the
application.

Please be advised that Mr. Mayer has taken the Board's recommendation
to reduce the square footage created by his proposed lot line change
into advisement and hereby requests that the Board amend his
application to reflect a reduction by one-half of his original
proposal.
Therefore, the square footage created by this revised lot line
proposal is as follows:

Please be advised that Mr. Mayer has taken the Board's recommendation

Dear Mr. Orlowski:
We, Chester M. Mayer and Robin L. Mayer, hereby request permission for
a lot line change.
We presently reside in Orient, N.Y., on parcel identified as County
Tax Map '1000-026-2-43.5, which is held by Chester . Mayer (see
attached survey). As is shown on the survey, we wish to adjust the
westerly property line 65+ feet to the west, resulting in an addition
of 15,272 square feet of land to our residential parcel.
We also own the adjacent parcel, which is now vacant. We intend to
sell this parcel, but wish to adjust the property line in order to
assure our desired privacy from our future neighbors. The proposed
lot line change will result in a greater side yard distance between
our residence and any possible construction on the adjacent parcel.
The adjacent parcel will remain a little over one acre in size and
will be in conformity with other properties in the area.
For greater privacy and full enjoyment of our home, please grant us
the requested lot line change.
