The following statements are offered for your consideration
in the review of the a~ove-mentioned minor subdivision and its
referral to the Suffolk County ~lanning Commission:
(1) No grading, other than foundation excavation for a
residential building is proposed.
(2) No new roads are p~oposed and no changes will be made in
the grades of the existing roads.
(3)
No new drainage structures or alteration of existing
structures are proposed.

With reference to the above captioned subdivision, I am returning

filing fee of $25.00 per lot for a minor subdivision. The action

Dear Marilyn:
Enclosed please find Short Environmental Assessment Form, letter to the
Southold Town Planning Board and application for approval of plat, all
of which should be executed by Joseph Droskoski. I further enclose our
firm's check in the amount of $25 made payable to the Town of Southold
representing the fee for the minor subdivision. Also enclosed are six
(6) copies of key map with property location.
Please be advised that the County Tax Map designation is District 1000,
Section 018.00, Block 04.00, Lot 001.00
The name of the owner of the subject premises is Joseph B. Droskoski.
The name of the owners surrounding the property, other than Joseph B.
Droskoski, are Michelle O'Brien (who is under contract to Donald Sausser,
who is the contract vendee of the small lot to be created out of the
larger parcel of Joseph B. Droskoski) and J. Stewart Johnson.
The subject premises are not within 500 feet of a bay, sound, estuary
or county or state road and, as such, there is no requirement neces~
sary regarding drainage, grading and road construction.
Also enclosed for your use is the legal description of the overall prop-
erty as well as the legal description of the parcel to be cut out of the
larger parcel.
