I further enclose our firm's check in the amount of $25 made payable to the Town of Southold representing the fee for the minor subdivision. Also enclosed are six (6) copies of key map with property location. Please be advised that the County Tax Map designation is District 1000, Section 018.00, Block 04.00, Lot 001.00 The name of the owner of the subject premises is Joseph B. Droskoski. The name of the owners surrounding the property, other than Joseph B. Droskoski, are Michelle O'Brien (who is under contract to Donald Sausser, who is the contract vendee of the small lot to be created out of the larger parcel of Joseph B. Droskoski) and J. Stewart Johnson. The subject premises are not within 500 feet of a bay, sound, estuary or county or state road and, as such, there is no requirement neces~ sary regarding drainage, grading and road construction.
