It was the determination of the Town Board that if you wish the County Department of Planning to review and reconsider their determination with reference to the application for a change of zone by Jem Realty, you should take this up directly with them. It has come to my attention that the property to the east (Gus Schad/Brecknock Hall property) has filed a similar re-zoning application with a request for similar zoning uses and is being favorably considered by the County Planning Board for "Local Determination" . I can only conclude that the criteria and ra- tionale used to evaluate the Jem Realty application has changed and thus allowing for "Local Determination" on the Schad/ Brecknock property. It is therefore respectfully requested that your Board petition the County Planning Board to reconsider its decision of 1/6/83 on the Jem Realty application and allow for local determination. /Yours ?truly, E.M.Kontoko.saa e.
