Dear Mrs. Terry:
In response to your letter of August 16, 1984 the
Planning Board took the following action Monday, October
8, 1984.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, fOllowing
a field inspection of the premises, recommend to the Town
Board that the change of zone application from A to M for
Irwin and Tamara Weider be denied since the Board feels
that the character of the surrounding residential neighborhood
would not be suitable for the M zone.
