At that time, you were kind enough to review with us the existing file for the property and explained the general procedure for reactivating the application. You also suggested that we consider purchasing the -town Code, which we have done. On our way back to Water Mill, we visited the property briefly. My recollection of our discussion was that we would prepare a new sketch plan or plans and submit them directly to you for your initial review, afterwhich, you would present them to the Planning Board informally and get back to us with your combined reaction and suggestions. We have prepared three sketches--all having a total of 12 lots--based on the yield calculation found in the Code. During our visit to the site, we noticed that Sound Drive is improved up to the property line on both the east and west sides, while Inlet Pond Road on the west side is presently wooded and has not been opened. For this reason, one of the sketches does not show Sutton Place connecting with Inlet Pond Road; however, the other two layouts provide for the connection.
