Radford of certain land to be joined with other land of the purchasers for a minor subdivision extending from Bay Avenue, East Marion, N. Dear Sirs: In compliance with a requirement by the Planning Board relative to a proposed, minor subdivision situate at Bay Avenue, East ~arion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York, a map has been submitted to the Building Inspector for perusal by the Board. The herein letter will serve to inform the Board that~ if, as and when desired by the owners, a strip of land 25 feet in width extending from Bay Avenue westerly and southerly can be dedicated to the Tovm of Southold, to join with an adjacent strip of land ovmed by ~alter W. ~ashburn, and which strip can be dedicated also, in accordance with that owmer's attached letter, to create a roadway 50 feet in width.
