Dear Sirs:
In accordance with a pending sale to Ernest G. and Gladys E.
Radford of certain land to be joined with other land of the
purchasers for a minor subdivision extending from Bay Avenue,
East Marion, N. Y., granted to the purchasers is a right of
way 25 feet wide over other land of the sellor and contiguous
with the land being purchased.
As a condition of the sale I, Walter ~. Washburn, do hereby
agree as ovmer of that strip of land over which the right of
way shall extend, that it can be dedicated to the Town of
Southold if, as and when the adjoining 25 feet wide strip of
land of Ernest G. and Gladys E. ~adford may be dedicated, to
create a roadway 50 feet ~ width.

Dear Sirs:
In compliance with a requirement by the Planning Board
relative to a proposed, minor subdivision situate at Bay
Avenue, East ~arion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County and
State of New York, a map has been submitted to the Building
Inspector for perusal by the Board.
The herein letter will serve to inform the Board that~ if,
as and when desired by the owners, a strip of land 25 feet
in width extending from Bay Avenue westerly and southerly
can be dedicated to the Tovm of Southold, to join with an
adjacent strip of land ovmed by ~alter W. ~ashburn, and
which strip can be dedicated also, in accordance with that
owmer's attached letter, to create a roadway 50 feet in width.
Said road shall be retained asa priw~te road in the interim.
