Dear Mrs. Hillmer:
I reviewed your map this afternoon and find that it is
the same map~hich!wehave in'the f~le~'It does not show
the metes and bounds of the property and this is necessary
on the map to. place it for a hear~g and get approval of it.
You may also need a new descripti6n if what the surveyor
comes up with doesn't agree ~ith ~he one Om your deed. This
sometimes happens when an actual survey is done in the field.
When you have received same from Mr. Van Tuyl's office,
send six copies to me and we can set this up for the hearing.
Yours truly,
Muriel Brush, Secretary
Southold Town Planning Board

Gentlemen:
Enclosed find revised map of minor subdivision of
Hermine T. Hillmer.
The only comment Mrs. Hillmer had was that Van Tuyl
had shown the east-west connection as "private road" and
it was her understanding it only had to be a "right-of-way".
I will be looking for a resolution for sketch plan
approval at the next regular meeting.
Yours truly,
Muriel Brush, Secretary

~ou can obtain from your surveyor. .This is necessary for the
egal notice 'of publichearing on the map.
As soon a's I haVereceived all of the above, the map can
be presented to the Planning Board for sketch plan approval

I am enclosing a m~nple of what we require as far as the
