RESCLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the following recommendation and comments regarding the proposal for DeChiara located at East Marion: 1. The Board requested that consideration be given to creating three lots, which would be conforming, rather than four lots as proposed. 2. It was the consensus of the Board to conduct a field inspection of the premises prior to any recommendations or action. It was also noted that we are not in receipt of the filing fee, and an application should be made to the Board of Appeals for the insufficient area of the lots. Would you please forward the filing fee of $550 at your earliest convenience. ($100 per lot with an inspection fee of $150.) A check can be made payable to the Town of Southold Town Clerk.
