Please furnish seven (7) copies of the earlier deeds which describe the lot lines identically for each lot requested in the unmerger/waiver applications. Lots with less than 12,500 sq. ft. would require prior deeds recorded prior to December 1971 to be conforming to the minimum lot requirement set forth in Bulk Schedule AAEN. Alternatively, proof of one of the following may also be furnished as provided under Code Section 100- 24A 2, 3, 4, as a lot recognized in the first step of the zoning code reviews (to be eligible in a Lot Waiver procedure): (2) The lot(s) in question is/are approved by the Southold Town Planning Board.
