PO Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 Re: The Square at East Marion Tax Map No. 1000-31-03-11.2 Chairman Orlowski and Members of the Board, We have been made aware that the Planning Board has an open file begun on or about December 14, 1984, entitled "Site Development Plan of The Square At East Marion". Since this file was begun by a previous owner of the lands now owned by the East Marion Fire District, and as the above-referenced file does not in any way agree with the District's plan for the property, it would be appreciated if you would accept this letter as a request to abandon said Site Development Plan and to close your file.
