Lohg, S~cr~kaky August 18, 1981 Mr. Henry Raynor Chairman Planning Board Southold Town Hall Southold, NY Dear Planning Board Members: I am sending you this letter along with a Van Tyle map. I have forwarded this to Mr. Richie Latham your board member from Orient with an explanation. I have a buyer for the lot on King Street next to the former home of Percy Douglass. This lot has a seperate history of its own. The lot has a building on it with its cesspool and well. When Percy owned it, it was his labor camp, after I bought it, it was still lived in for several years and since then to, including the present time it has been used for farm storage. The lot bourders on King Street and (Majors Pond Road, a private road), and contains at least one (1) acrea of land. Due to financial set backs from large medical bills over the past year, I need the revenue fTo~ this lot to meet my debts. Due to these facts I am requesting permission to break off this lot from my vacant land in order to sell it. The lot conforms to size and length of boundaries that the town building code requires. Thank you for your help and consideration in this matter. Robert J. ~o~uglass sl HENRY E. RAYNOR, .Ir.. Chairman .lAMES WALL BENNETT ORLOn/SKI, .Ir. GEORGE RITCHIE LATHAM. ,Ir. William F.
