Dear Mr. Amato:
The Southold Town Planning Board made a preliminary review
of the site plan of the proposal you have made at Greenport.
The following deficiencies were noted:
1. Front, side and rear profiles of the building are
necessary.
2. Show computation on parking. It was also noted that the
parking slots shown are not adequate in size.
3. The loading space shown is not properly located. There
is no indication as to how many loading zones are necessary.
4. Plan shows two lights in the front of the building.
There should be an additional two in the rear.
5. There are no sideyard plantings indicated.
6. There is a notation of typical test hole but no location
of such is shown.
7. Municipal sewer and water should be shown. Village sewer
goes right past the front of the property and should probably be
hooked into.
8. It was noted that the sign looks as though it is too close
to the highway.
