Minor Subdivision Dear Mr. Raynor: I represent both North Fork Equities, Inc. and Mr. James P. Kavanath, the latter being the present owner of Lot #4 as set forth on the minor subdivision map. Mr. Kavanagh is presently under contract to sell Lot #4, which consists of an area of 56,164 sq. ft. to one Mr. and Mrs. Theodore G. Miller. The conveyance of Lot #4 is to exclude al5 foot parcel of land on the southerly end thereof adjacent to otherpremises owned by James Kavanagh. The total area to be excluded from the conveyance would not exceed 4,500 sq. ft., thereby leaving the total area of the parcel to be conveyed to Mr. Miller in excess of 51,000 sq. ft. In the light ofthe fact that the division would constitute an amendment to the minor subdivision map heretofore approved by the Planning Board, it is necessary that I seek approval of this appli- cation in behalf of both North Fork Equities, Inc. and James Kavanagh. Henry Raynor, Chairman -2- February 24, 1982 I would respectfully request that you accept this letter as an application in behalf of the above-named ps rties, placing the mmtter on the agenda of the Planning Board for March 8, 1982, and at such time~ granting approval of the amendment herein requested.
