Told her that PB had reviewed at work session. PB looking at entire property and feels
that proposed lot should be clustered in light of the clustering requirements.
Messiano said that family proposing set-off for estate purposes.

I am the agent for Julia Conway, owner of the above referenced property. On
behalf of Mrs. Conway, I respectfully submit the enclosed application for a set-off
of a 3.3381-acre lot from her +34 acre parcel of land together with the following:
1. Twelve survey maps prepared by Peconic Surveyors, P.C. dated August
1,2001.
2. Filing fee in the amount of $250.00. (check #5299 Joseph Conway/Julia
Conway).
3. Form letter regarding drainage, etc.
4. Part 1- Short EAF.
5. Completed Questionnaire.
6. Owner's consent.
We request that this application be considered as a set-off because no public
improvements will be necessary to create the proposed lot and the applicant
wishes to not preclude the future subdivision if the remaining 30-acre parcel.
