The following information was not shown on the site plan and is needed for review purposes: 1. All site details, including elevations around the proposed truck dock, and other details of the retaining walls of the dock. 2. Drainage information for the new pavement from Kerwin Boulevard to the proposed truck dock. 3. Details on the proposed open storage area as required by Section 100-236 (e.g. pr~roposed screepi__q~ and minimum distance from residentially Zoned~nd). 4. Proposed use of existing building located on Kerwin Boulevard. 5. Location of on-site, off-street parking for business employees. The proposed six-foot fence on the property line along Kerwin Boulevard exceeds the allowed height of fencing in the front yard (Section 100-231.A.). If your client wishes to pursue this, an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals will have to be made to allow for the additional height before the Planning Board could proceed. However, your client does have the option of moving the fence back to the front yard setback line (50'). The area between the fence and Kerwin Boulevard could then be in- corporated into the required 25 percent landscaping specified in the Bulk Schedule for the Light Industrial District. Upon receipt of the revised site plans and the additional application fee (as noted in this office's letter dated April 17th), the Planning Board will proceed with this application.
