3. Before a building permit is issued for construction on Lot 5 it shall be
shown by the subdivider or applicant that the sanitary disposal facilities that
will be constructed on the lot will be located at least 100 feet from the Pond or
that the location of the facilities less than 100 feet from the Pond will not ad-
versely affect the Pond in any manner.
