RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the lot-line change to add 13,160 square feet to the house lot of Frank Sawicki, subject to filing of covenants and restrictions with the County Clerk indicating the property will merge. Map of Leon Sawicki Estate at SouthOld, dated as last revised July 12, 1985. Enclosed is a copy of draft covenants and restrictions which can be used as a guide to preparing those requested by the Board. Apparently the Board is concerned with respect to the merger of the lot in question with the present property of Frank and Edith Sawicki. Frank and Edith Sawicki presently own the lot with the house abutting the southerly side of County Route 48. The whole purpose of my application is to add property to my brother Frank's present land. It is the intention of myself and my brother Frank to convey the lot in question to he and his wife which will automatically affect a merger. If the Planning Board wishes further assurances, we have no objection to them granting the set-off subject to the requirement that the lot to be set- off be conveyed to the present owners of the property to which it is to be annexed. The Board requests that new surveys be submitted indicating that the proposed Lot No. 1 will merge with the house lot of Frank Sawicki, and e1iminating the current rear yard line of the house lot, to further clarify that it will be a merger.
