RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board withdraw their resolu- tion dated September 20, 1982 regarding the set-off on the property of Walter and Frank Sawicki, located at Southold. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set-off (106-13) as designated on the map of Walter and Frank Sawicki, dated March 17, 1982, conditional upon the sale of lot number two being made only to Sal Caiola and/or his heirs as stipulated in the August 27, 1982 declaration of Walter and Frank Sawicki and same parcel becoming merged. Prior to the Chairman endorsing approval, please forward to our office the filing fee in the amount of $50 and six (6) copies of the final map for those referrals necessary for the completion of the State Environmental Quality Review Act, within six months from date of resolution.
