Dear Mr. Fischetti:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, December 3 , 1984 .
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
amended site plan of Eastwind Shores located at Southold for
tee construction of a swimming pool and pool house. Plans certified
by the Building Department and dated November 8, 1984 as last
amended.

hydraulic system including water and utility connections ,
filter backwash, and pool drainage will be prepared for
submittal to Suffolk County Health Department and EPA.
The Owner has advised that DEC is providing a declaration of
negative impact .

plans for proposed construction of inground swim-
ing pool and pool house at the above develop-
ment.
The property is located in an M-1 Zoned
district and the proposed accessory uses are per-
mitted under Art V Sec. 100-50 C.
There are no set-back and location require-
ments for accessory buildings in the M-1 district.
This will certify this site development plan
in meeting Zoning requirements as required under
Art XIII 100-133
