CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT
PIPES COVE CORPORATION, a domestic corporation, duly
organized and existing pursuant to laws of the State of New York,
aving its principal place of business at c/o Dominic T. Aurichio,
434 Main Street, Greenport, New York 11944, for the purpose of
abandoning and cancelling the subdivision of the certain tract
of land owned by PIPES COVE CORPORATION and hereinafter des-
cribed, pursuant to Subdivision 3 of Section 335 of the Real
Property Law of the State of New York, does hereby certify.
1 . That a certain map subdividing such tract of land
and other land situate at Greenport in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York into Lots entitled "Map of
Greenport Driving Park" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on December 1 , 1909 as Map No. 369.
2. That more than 20 years have elapsed since the
filing of said map.
3. That the tract of land owned by the undersigned,
the subdivision of which is to be abandoned and cancelled con-
sists of all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots
11 117 137 15, 17, 19, 219 239 25 , 279 29, and 31 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Greenport Driving Park and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on December 1 , 190
as Map No. 369.
4. That said Pipes Cove Corporation is the owner of
the said tract of land described in paragraph "3" hereof and the
subdivision of the tract is hereby ABANDONED and CANCELLED, and
effective with the due approval and recording hereof, shall no
longer exist.

5. That hereto annexed and made a part hereof is a
map of the said Greenport Driving Park on which is indicated the
said subdivision of the land owned by the said Pipes Cove
Corporation, which are hereby abandoned and cancelled.

Dear Dr, Schwartz:
Enclosed are the estimates for water and electric
utilities that you requested for your land in Greenport.
500 feet of 6" water main would cost you approxi-
mately $ 2,500.00 and it would be necessary for your
attorney to look over our standard agreement on water.
Service lines from the water main to the house would cost
you approximately $ 3 per foot.
An overhead pole line would cost the electric
utility about $ 1v400.00, which we would put in at our
expense if 3 houses are built in the first year. The
overhead secondary service drops would be at our expense.

450 feet of high voltage underground cable with
a transformer vault would cost approximately $ 3,500.00.
We would give you credit for an overhead line so that you
must pay us $ 2,100.00 before we install an electric under-
ground primary line. The service lines from the vault to

Dear Sir:
After further deliberation by the Planning Board, at their
meeting held on May 13, 1971, the following requirements
were set for the above captioned proposed minor subdivision:
1. An abandonment must be filed with the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on lot numbers 1, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29,
& 31 on map of Greenport Driving Park, County Map No. 369.
2. The Planning Board will not, in the future, accept a minor
subdivision of lot # 1 with lots containing less than 40, 000 sq.
ft. of area. The Board will require that the applicant submit
a letter of intent to the foregoing effect.
3. The right-of-way on the west end of the property (running
along lot no. 2) must be marked as follows: "right-of-way for
use by lots other than lot no. ' s 2, 3, 4, & 5.
