I think we have everything we need. If you have any questions, I will try, to answer- them. HENRY RAYNOR: Has the ownership changed from Overton to Mitchell .on the property adjacent to the westerly boundary line of lot # 13 on the 141S Soundview Avenue? WILLIAM SMITH: Yes, I`-believe a part of the Overton property was sold to Mitchell. DANIEL SMITH: . All of -the lots in this subdivision front on an existing town road, Soundview Avenue, therefore-, no road construction will be necessary. The maps have beensigned by H.W. Davids of the Health Dept. and John= Flynn of the Suffolk County Department of Environmental .Control. Incidently, I had quite a bit of trouble ,with. the Dept— of Environmental Control. I made anappointmentwith Mr. Flynn, but after..going all. the way up there, he wasn't in. When he finally did sign the maps, the office, called and told me to `come -pick them; up because they had no budget ,for postage. for sending out subdivision_maps. VICE-CHAIRMAN 'MOISA: _I believe everything is in order. The maps contain the signatures of H. W. Davids and John Flynn and all fees have been paid.
