DANIEL SMITH: Yes, I would like to speak in favor of this
subdivision. I think we have everything we need. If you have
any questions, I will try, to answer- them.
HENRY RAYNOR: Has the ownership changed from Overton to
Mitchell .on the property adjacent to the westerly boundary line
of lot # 13 on the 141S Soundview Avenue?
WILLIAM SMITH: Yes, I`-believe a part of the Overton property
was sold to Mitchell.
DANIEL SMITH: . All of -the lots in this subdivision front on
an existing town road, Soundview Avenue, therefore-, no road
construction will be necessary. The maps have beensigned by H.W.
Davids of the Health Dept. and John= Flynn of the Suffolk County
Department of Environmental .Control. Incidently, I had quite a
bit of trouble ,with. the Dept— of Environmental Control. I made
anappointmentwith Mr. Flynn, but after..going all. the way up
there, he wasn't in. When he finally did sign the maps, the
office, called and told me to `come -pick them; up because they had
no budget ,for postage. for sending out subdivision_maps.
VICE-CHAIRMAN 'MOISA: _I believe everything is in order. The
maps contain the signatures of H. W. Davids and John Flynn and all
fees have been paid.
VICE-CHAIRMAN MOISA: Is,.there anyone else present wishing
to be heard in reference to this subdivision?
(There was no response. )
VICE-CHAIRMAN :MOISA: Hearing none, the Planning Board will
now make a determination on this subdivison.
On motion by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED -that the Southold Town Planning 'Board grant final
approval to the proposed subdivision of W. H. 'D. Realty Corp. ,
to be known as'' "NORTHWOOD ESTATES AT SOUTHOLD'" , property located
at north and south sides, of Soundview Avenue, 'Southold, .New 'York.
The Chairman signed the final maps.
