Please let this confirm the following action taken by
the Southold Town Planning Board, Monday, March 30, 1987.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer
the following input to the Board of Appeals with regard to
the set off of Flint Street Corp./ River Circle Corp. located
at Greenport to set off 5,628 square feet from 11,256 square
feet:
1. It was noted that it appears to have been the intent
of the original owners to keep both lots as one house lot
which is indicated by the placement of the house three feet
from the former rear property line.

This project is unlisted and an initial determination
of nonsignificance has been made. We wish to coordinate this
action to confirm our initial determination.

13, 1987. We shall interpret lack of response to mean there

Dear Mr. Chairman:
I enclose herewith an application for a set off of property owned by Flint Street
Corp. & River Circle Corp. located at 820 Linnet Street in the Greenport Driving Park
Subdivision.
This property is shown on the 1986 Suffolk County Tax Map as two parcels numbered
1000-48-2-28 and 1000-48-2-32, each lot having an area of 5,625 square feet. The lots
are also shown on the original filed map #369 as lots 68 & 76.
Filed map lot #76 is currently improved by a one family dwelling. Lot # 68 is vacant
and will be offered as a building lot if this application is approved. Lots of this size
are in rare supply in Southold Town and approval would serve to add to this limited in-
ventory of parcels available at affordable prices for local working families.
I have also enclosed a copy of section 48 of the Suffolk County Tax Map which shows
not only the subject property but the surrounding lots which are predominantly similar in
size to the proposed reseparated lots.
