A copy of the endorsed map is attached. The map provides for legal access for the two interior lots (one of which is the Young lot) via a 25 foot right-of-way along the easterly border of the Dickerson's property. It appears that the creation of an additional access to the interior lot over the westerly border of the Dickerson's property, without their consent, is outside the Town's jurisdiction and is a matter to be settled between the two parties.
