Please find the following information in regard to the above
mentioned matter:
The Dickerson's lot is part of a four (4) lot subdivision
which was approved by the Planning Board on January 24,
1977. A copy of the endorsed map is attached.
The map provides for legal access for the two interior lots
(one of which is the Young lot) via a 25 foot right-of-way
along the easterly border of the Dickerson's property.
It appears that the creation of an additional access to the
interior lot over the westerly border of the Dickerson's
property, without their consent, is outside the Town's
jurisdiction and is a matter to be settled between the two
parties.
I trust this information will be of assistance.

On a recent visit to Southold, New York, my husband
and I inspected the property as mentioned above. This
piece of property has a right-a-way for a driveway on
the Easterly side of the property. This was done by
my mother, late Barbara C. Howard, many years ago.
Our recent inspection indicates that another drive
way is being used by known or unknown persons on the
Westerly side of said property, which has been created and
used without our permission.
This letter, therefore, is

Please advise us if any further action is necessary
to prevent a right-a-way on the Westerly side of my property.
