Dickers6: (dated November 18, 1991) November 20, 1991 FROM: RE: DATE: Please find the following information in regard to the above mentioned matter: The Dickerson's lot is part of a four (4) lot subdivision which was approved by the Planning Board on January 24, 1977. A copy of the endorsed map is attached. The map provides for legal access for the two interior lots (one of which is the Young lot) via a 25 foot right-of-way along the easterly border of the Dickerson's property. It appears that the creation of an additional access to the interior lot over the westerly border of the Dickerson's property, without their consent, is outside the Town's jurisdiction and is a matter to be settled between the two parties.
