A special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was called by the '
Chairman and held in the Office of the Ferry District, June 4, 1979,
at at 1:00 P.M.: Pl'esent wen! Commissioners Doyen, Baker, Morell
and duPont. Absent was Commissioner Evans.

Chairman Doyen read the outstanding obligations of the . Ferry
District in the amount of $31,674.02 representing outstanding
obligations of the Ferry District for May 1979.
Motion.made by Commissioner Morell that the obligations of the
Ferry District in the amount of $31,674.02 representing the out-
standing obligations of the Ferry District for May 1979.be paid.
Motion unanimously carried.
The following reso1utiion was introduced by the Chairman. pnd
