Present were Commissioners Doyen, Baker, Evans, du- Pont and Edwards. The outstanding obligations of the Ferry District for the month of June 1980 in the amount of S35,779.49 as represented by .vouchers 209 through 237 inclusive were read by the Secretary. A motion was made by Commissioner ".n. and seconded by Commiuioner Edwards tnat the outstanding obligations of the Fishers Island Ferry District be Paid. Motion was carried unanimously. In response to a recommendation from the Town of southold AUditor, 'l'heodore J. Heuller, the following rellolution was paned: Commissioner Doyen Yes Commissioner Baker Yes Commissioner Evanll Yes Commissioner duPont Yes Commissioner Edwards Yes WHEREAS the Fishers Island Ferry District is carrying an accounts receivable entry on Us books in the ilmOunt of Sl,642.00 owed by L. C. Foyle & Son And WHEREAS said account is deemed to be uncollectable I I : I I I . THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said account be written of~ &S a bad debt. The following resolution was passed by the commissioners for purposes of operating the Community Theater for the summer season of 1960.
