A public hearing by the Board of Comln! S5! oners w~s l1eld at:.
2:00 p.m. in the Fishers Island Fire House on the mattk of
a proposed lease between the FUMes, Island Ferry District
and Richard Grebe for lease of the westerly half of build-
ing 383 for a period of one year with provision for two auto-
matic extensions of one year each commencing on or after' 1
August 1980. The meeting was opened by the Chairman at 2:00
p.m. In attendance were Commlssi.oners Doyen, Baker,p Ed-
wards. The p1)blic notice dated July 18, 1980 was re4;/II$ .
COncerns the tim~ place, and subject matter of the h.'ng
as well as the terms of the proposed lease by the mi1ln ",r.
Chairman Doyen, noting thi1lt no members of the public W, e,
present, di reded that the hearing be recessed for :ft ftee"',",,;
minutes to give interested persons a chance to apPear and '*,
be heard. At 2:20 p.m. the meeting was reopened. ~alrman
Doyen, noting that no members of the public had appeared,
then declared the meeting (hearing) closed at 2:25 p.m.
