Present were Com- missioners duPont, Doyen, Baker, Evans, and Edwards. The fol- lowing resolutions were adopted by the Board of Commissioners: Moved by Commissioner Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Evans, WHEREAS the f'ishers Island Ferry District has incurred outstanding obligations of $81,945.90 as rebresented by vouchers 236 through 281 inclusive; and \'iHEREAS these ohl 19a t ions are due an,i payable THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the TO\m Board of the Town of Southold authorize payment of said obligations. Vote of the Board of Commissioners: Ayes: Commissioner du- Pont, Commissioner Doyen, Commissioner Baker, Commissioner Evarts, and Commissioner Edwards.
