On October 9, 1981, I filed an application for a minor
subdivision in connection with the above-captioned matter.
Since the Planning Board by their resolution dated October 29,
1981, did not treat the application as a minor subdivision,
but rather as a "set-off" , I would appreciate you returning

The following statements are offered for your consideration
in the review of the above-mentioned minor subdivision and its
referral to the Suffolk County Planning Commission:
(1) No grading, other than foundation excavation for a
residential building is proposed.
(2) No new roads are proposed and no changes will be made in
the grades of the existing roads .
(3) No new drainage structures or alteration of existing
structures are proposed.
