Damianos Park at Southold — Page Two — 12/11/01 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this unlisted action. The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency, makes a determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration. The Planning Board has reviewed the property and has decided that, due to the fact that there is no new impact, neither a reservation of land for park and playground use nor a park and playground fee is required. Enclosed please find a copy of the Negative Declaration for your records. The final public hearing on the minor subdivision, which was held on December 10, 2001 at 6:15 p.m. was closed.
