RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, following a field inspection, approve the sketch map for the minor subdivision of RHR Realty, Corp. located at Southold for 4 lots on 12.5 acres, survey dated as amended october 22, 1986; subject to: 1. Covenants and restrictions filed with the County Clerk stating that there will be no further subdivision of any of the lots. Prior to filing the covenants and restrictions, please forward them to our office so the Town Attorney may review them. Upon of Health a public receipt of approval of the Suffolk County Department Services, pursuant to Article 6, we will schedule hearing on this matter.
