Dear Mr. Raynor: The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting On June 3, 1981, reviewed the proposed subdivision plat entitled, "Minor Subdivision ..: Genevieve L. Richards", referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk County Charter. After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve said map subject to the fOllowing eight conditions deemed necessary to help preserve the traffic safety and carrying capacity of Main State Road and to help preserve the natural and aesthetic attributes of Mill Creek: 1. All stormwater runoff created by the development and improvement of the tract or any of its lots shall be retained within the site by adequate drainage structures so that it will not flow into the right-Of-way of the state road or is discharged into Mill Creek. 2. There shall be established along the easterly side of Mill Creek a 50 foot wide conservation easement or buffer. 3. No sanitary disposal facility shall be installed or constructed within 100 feet of Mill Creek and the upland edge of any tidal meadow along the edge of the creek. 4. No major structure shall be located within 100 feet of Mill Creek. 5. No lot may be subdivided or changed in any manner at any future date unless authorized by the Southold Town Planning Board. 6. Approval of this subdivision by the Town Planning Board shall be made sub- ject to the meeting of the standards and requirements of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services.
